We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. excluding holidays.

There is no minimum order. However, there is minimum quantity for any one item. Because each item is already calculated with the minimum quantity, you don't have to worry about this.

We try to ship every order same day but your order must be received and confirmed before 12 p.m. (Pacific Time) to be ready by the carrier pick-up times.

All claims for damaged, missing, or exchange items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a claim, please email us at wholesale@pro5usa.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is damaged. Returns made after 7 days will incur a 10% restocking fee, and all returns will be issued as store credit—no refunds will be given.

The price shown is based on the minimum order quantity. For example, Polo shirts are only ordered in multiples of 3. The price shown is for three polo shirts instead of one. The T-shirts prices will show half-dozen instead of dozen price shown on our wholesale pricesheet. So if you want to order 1 dozen T-shirts you would order 2 of the half-dozen.

We offer all shipping options available to you including: USPS, UPS, FedEx and most independent trucking companies operating out of Los Angeles. Please choose "your trucking" if you have your own account for any shipping method. You must provide with details on your shipping in the comments or call e-mail us to let us know the shipping method and account number. If you don't have your own account with a shipper, you can choose from USPS, UPS or FedEx. Compare prices with delivery dates and choose your option. In most cases, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground will be the most cost effective option. If your order is small, USPS may be your best choice. Once again you will need to check and compare prices to suit your needs. We offer FedEx OneRate for expedited shipping.
